Whipped Feta and Cucumber Dip

Makes 1 cup
This dip is ultra creamy and light, with a nice bite of garlic.


  • 8 ounces feta cheese
  • 1 generous cup whipped cream cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled, trimmed and smashed
  • 2 tablespoons dill leaves


Salt of the Earth Popcorners, for dipping

Put feta into the bowl of the food processor and process until crumbly. Add the cream cheese and garlic and process until very, very smooth, 2-3 minutes, scraping down the sides of the bowl occasionally. Add the dill and process for 30 seconds.

Transfer to a serving bowl, garnish with dill and serve with Popcorners!
