  • 1 Head Butter Lettuce
  • 1 Pound Ground Beef
  • 1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Dried Minced Garlic


  • Spicy Queso PopCorners
  • Tomato, Diced
  • Avocado, Diced
  • Cheddar Cheese, Shredded


Cook your protein. For this recipe preheat a large cast iron skillet or non-stick skillet on medium high heat. Add the ground beed and cook for 7-10 minutes of until the beef is cooked through.

Removed excess grease and add flavor blasts. For this recipe, add the salt, oregano, chili powder, and dried minced garlic. Stir to combine.

Prepare your base and all of your toppings.

Top the lettuce leaves with meat choice and toppings of your choice. For this recipe top with ground beef mixture, cheese, avocado, tomatoes, and Spicy Queso PopCorners.
