  • 3/4 cup salted, smooth natural peanut butter
  • 2 cups Kettle Corn PopCorners
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil in liquid state
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp flax meal
  • 2 tbsp hemp hearts
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped peanuts
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt
  • flakey salt to finish


Combine PB, coconut oil, honey and whisk together in a medium bowl until combined.

Add flax, hemp and peanuts and combine.

Add PopCorners and salt and combine again.

Press into a 9x9 parchment lined dish.

Set in the fridge until firm, or freezer if you'd like them firmer.

Remove from the fridge or freezer and lift out the parchment paper. Cut into squares and keep in a tightly covered container in the fridge or freezer.

*Because the coconut oil will melt fairly easily there wont do great if you live in a hot area and want to bring them somewhere with you. They're really best right out of the fridge.
