• 2 Cups Rolled Oats
  • 1 Cup Cinema Style PopCorners
  • 1 Cup Slivered Almonds
  • 1/3 Cup Coconut Oil
  • 1/3 Cup Honey
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 1/4 Cup Sweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Peppermint Extract
  • 1/4 Cup Crushed Peppermint Stick Candies
  • 1/2 Cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips


Preheat the oven to 275 degrees F.  

In a medium saucepan on low to medium heat combine coconut oil, honey, sugar, cocoa powder, and peppermint extract.  Stir to combine and cook on low until honey is dissolved.  Remove from the heat and let cool slightly. 

Combine oats, chips, and almonds in a mixing bowl.  Pour coconut oil mixture over the oats and stir to combine.  Toss until the mixture is well coated.  

Place the mixture on a parchment lined baking sheet (spread out evenly in one layer) and bake for 30 minutes.  Toss the granola half way through the cooking process.  

Let cool completely and add peppermint candies and chocolate chips.  Enjoy with milk, over yogurt or plain.
